Fan Files Lawsuit Against Madonna For Her Late ‘Madame X’ Show Time

Kim, there’s people that are dying.

A man named Nate Hollander filed a lawsuit in Miami-Dade County against Madonna because of her late Madame X start time.

Hollander is pissed the Queen of Pop changed the kickoff time of her show to 10:30 pm; it was originally scheduled to start at 8:30 pm. He believes it is a breach of contract with ticket holders.

Hollander thinks 10:30 pm is too late to see a concert and wants a refund for the three tickets he purchased, totaling $1,024.95, but it appears his attempts were either ignored or denied. He also alleges that it’s “impossible” to re-sell the tickets because the show time devalued the original ticket price.

Hollander’s filing claims ticket holders “suffered actual and consequential damages including, but not limited to, loss of consideration paid and the devaluation of the ticket.”

This is just the latest problem plaguing Madonna’s Madame X tour. The iconic singer was 90-minutes late starting her show in Las Vegas last week, resulting in fans chanting “refund” and boos.
